First Post, aka Day 1

I have been a fiancee for a week now and I feel like so much has changed already. I continually stare at the ring on my finger and wonder how I got so damn lucky. The wedding won't take place til 2013, but I am sure to be going through more changes until then.

All of my life, I have been chubby. I love my life and since the year started I have continuously happy. However, one thing I have been avoiding since I transferred to UF has been my weight gain. I started losing weight, but the stress caught up to me and I started eating fast food way too much, and jumped from a borderline size 8/10 to a 14 in a month.

For this year, I actually started following through with my resolution to "lose weight" but it has kind of come to a stand still once I started my job. Now that training is over and my hours have been cut back drastically, I think I am able to get back into a schedule (huzzah!). Currently I weight 207.8 lbs, cup size DDD, pant size 14 (barely). By my wedding date, February 10, 2013, I want to ideally be a pant size 10, dress size 12 or less. This can definitely be achieved as long as I stick to a plan and NOT GIVE IN TO TEMPTATION. Here is my plan:

-start walking Holly again for 30-40 minutes, 3-4 times a week
-ride my bicycle for 15-30 minutes, at least twice a week
-NO MORE FAST FOOD, unless it is a salad with low-fat dressing
-NO MORE ALCOHOL (this will be a tough one to give up)
-take a multivitamin
-keep using the food diary (it helps!)


Um, that's all I have for today so far.
